Anne Litwin & Associates (Boston, USA)

Anne Litwin is President of Anne Litwin and Associates, a consulting firm based in Boston, Massachusetts, USA. Ms. Litwin has worked for over twenty five years in the areas of executive coaching, change management, strategic planning, leadership and team development, valuing diversity, and cross-cultural competence. She has worked internationally in India, People’s Republic of China, North Africa, East Africa, Europe, Canada, Mexico, Singapore and Malaysia.

Ms. Litwin has also been the CEO of her family retail business, Chair of the Board of Trustees for the NTL Institue of Applied Behavior Science, and co-founder of the CenterPoint Women’s Leadership Development programs, She is co-editor of the book, Managing in the Age of Change, and is currently co-authoring a book on coaching called, Coaching for the Edge. Ms. Litwin is a part-time doctoral student in Human and Organization Development at the Fielding Graduate University.

Ganesh Anantharaman

An accredited T-Group trainer from the Indian Society For Applied Behavioural Science (ISABS), Ganesh has also been a Sub – Editor, Lecturer, Content Manager, Human Resources Manager and Behavioural Trainer in the 15 years of his career. He began his career as Sub Editor for The Economic Times, and moved on to teaching Political Science for six years. His interest in Human Resources and Training was through a process of discovery and association with ISABS since 1995, which facilitated his move into Human Resources and Training.

As Behavioural Trainer and OD Consultant, Ganesh operates with the belief that people desire to achieve their full potential, and will do so provided they get opportunities to see how empowered they are. His special interest and expertise are in the areas of Personal Growth, Group Dynamics, and Gender and Authority dynamics in leadership development. Besides being a professional member of ISABS since 1998, Ganesh has also been on the Staff of Group Relations Conferences (also called Working Conferences – Tavistock Model) since 2003. As consultant, his recent work includes OD projects for TV Sundram Iyengar and Sons Ltd (TVS), Taegutec India Ltd (Bangalore) and Youth For Unity and Voluntary Action (YUVA, Mumbai).

Dr. Mag. Karl G. Kasenbacher (Vienna, Austria)

Karl G. Kasenbacher works as a self-employed psychologist, consultant, change-agent, HRD trainer, group-dynamics-trainer and physiotherapist. He is a lecturer at Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration, Austria, at the University of Graz, Austria and at the University of Klagenfurt, Austria. He is a member of OEGGO (Austrian Society of Group Dynamics and Organizational Development) and member of EIT (European Institute for Transnational Studies in group and organizational Development). He has attended continuing education in change management, group dynamics and the theory of social systems in Austria, Germany, India (ISABS, Indian Society for Applied Behavioural Science) and the United States (NTL Institute of Applied Behavioural Science). He describes his multidisciplinary approach in his book “Gruppen und Systeme” (2003). He has worked on off-the-job trainings and consulting projects in Austria, Germany, England, India and Denmark. His working languages are German and English.

Organization and Alternatives Consulting Pvt Limited (Bangalore, India)

Organisations & Alternatives Consulting Private Limited (O&A) is an Organisation Development and Behavioural Training firm located in Bangalore, India. Founded in 1995, O&A provides highly customised change alternatives to organisations and individuals in order to enhance their effectiveness. Its work has spanned a wide spectrum of initiatives - from organisation development interventions to behavioural science-based training; establishing induction systems and HR policies to assessing training needs; focussing on personal effectiveness to building cross-functional teams and front-line leaders.

Dr. Ameeta Jadav (Atlanta, USA)

Dr. Ameeta Jadav is the dean of academic affairs at The Art Institute of Atlanta. She has several years of experience in studying and leading design and development of technology based interactive communication. Dr. Jadav's field of expertise traverses formal education, curriculum development, online education, train-the-trainer, interactive experience design, interface design, and usability. Her dream is to influence individuals and organizations to design effective and efficient communication systems using the newly emerging digital technologies.
